Dr. Toro graduated from the National Autonomous University of Mexico in 1997. His professional career began in private practice and then advanced with two internships and residency training in small animal emergency and critical care. He worked under the instruction of extraordinary mentors in various specialty fields, as well as with a phenomenal group of veterinarians and technical staff. These experiences allowed him to obtain broad-based knowledge and skills to handle a diverse caseload.
Dr. Toro and his family lived in and fell in love with Oak Creek, and he cannot think of a better place to return to private practice and the roots of what he loves most. OCVC is unique in that it is a day practice but, through Dr. Toro’s experiences and training, is able to offer emergency and critical care during normal business hours, often saving clients a trip to an emergency clinic.
