As we head toward the conclusion of 2020 and into the New Year, there are a few items we would like to touch on in order to keep everyone prepared and keep your fur family safe and healthy.

Keep a close eye on your pets medications and food at home.

You probably have heard that 2020 has brought general shipping delays with many of the carriers and postal services. We try very hard to maintain an adequate supply of medications and food available to your pets. However, with the delays in shipping we are now encountering, we do strongly suggest you make refill requests, especially for items such as insulin, and other specialty medications much earlier than you normally would have. In the past several weeks we have seen more items take double the time to get to us then what we consider normal.

Curbside service continues

It seemed so strange to us back in March, to close the building to clients. We made the decision to do so, in an effort to maintain social distancing, while allowing us to keep the practice open and caring for your pets. We did not realize then, that we would start 2021 with the policy still in place. We miss having clients in the building! Please know your pets are receiving the same great medical care, and extra attention from the staff while you wait in the parking lot for their return.

For anyone not familiar with curbside service.

  • Make an appointment as you normally would
  • Call us when you get in the parking lot at scheduled time
  • All communication will be done over the phone, while staff escorts your pet in and out of the building for you
  • Please remain in the parking lot while your pet is in the building
