Today we celebrated an awesome event. We had a ribbon-cutting ceremony with Mayor Steve Scaffidi and the South Suburban Chamber of Commerce of Oak Creek. Nearly 50 people were in attendance. The ceremony took place shortly after 8 a.m. with a delicious social event following with catering from the Gingerbread House in Muskego. We are excited to be a part of the local community and can’t wait to watch more brand-new businesses open up right across the street in the new Drexel Town Square!
The clinic is located near the busy intersection of Howell Avenue and Drexel Avenue, directly across the street from the development of the new 85-acre Drexel Town Square, which brings a new City Hall and public library, apartments, and well-known brands Meijer, Sheraton, Water Street Brewery, and Panda Express, to name just a few. Animal lovers from outside of Oak Creek can easily access the location from the new I-94 Drexel Avenue Interchange.
“We’re thrilled to be a part of all of the new developments in Oak Creek,” said Lisa Work, hospital director.” “As the newest facility within arm’s reach of Drexel Town Square, we’re excited to watch the area grow and we’re excited for the traffic it will draw. Within Drexel Town Square, Panda Express just opened up a couple of weeks ago and Water Street Brewery and Meijer are well on their way. Our clients will benefit from the one-stop-shop benefits the area will provide. They can get their pets the care they need, their shopping and banking done, and a bite to eat all within walking distance.”
